Purpose of contact:
The provided phone number will be used exclusively by authorized personnel of Three Times to:

– Send offers, reminders, or promotions related to our tours.

– Provide information about services contracted or of interest to the user.

– Confirm bookings, payments, or itineraries.

Protection of personal data:
In compliance with the applicable personal data protection regulations in Peru (Law No. 29733), Mexico (Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties), and the United States (according to the applicable state law in each jurisdiction), we guarantee that your phone number will not be shared, transferred, or sold to unauthorized third parties.

Right of withdrawal:
The user may, at any time, withdraw their consent to be contacted by sending a written request to the company’s official email or replying directly to the received message indicating their desire to stop receiving communications. The cessation will be immediate, without affecting previously contracted services.

Contact hours:
Contact attempts will be made within reasonable hours (Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., UTC -4), unless the user explicitly indicates a different preferred time range.
